Limit User Access to Specific Reports

We are using FortiAnalyzer 5.2 and want to limit various groups (HR, Investigators, Supervisors) to a specific report(s) and/or group of reports.  I don't see anything in the Admin Guide that indicates that this can be done. We don't want everyone to see every report that is created or being developed. Is this something that requires the developers kit to make happen?
