(Instrallatio) Error code 2881

Hi, I' ve installed FCT 5.2 beta (actually interim b575) on my test PC. When I installed b575, (actually some previous FCT 5.2 beta codes were the same as well), I' ve been experienced to see some unexpected error message right after installation started. This time (b575), the error code is 2881. (See attached file, but it' s in Japanese.) But, its installation seems to be completed successfully. -My PC is Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 (Japanese) with the latest patch today It' d be appreciated if some could share some tips, etc Kazu

Can you please attach the installation log? It' s probably in %temp%\FortiClient***.log.

Hi, I think I found the file, but cannot attach that (tried " .log" or " .zip" ). The message is like " FortiClient.log is not supported" . We have the fix now. This issue was for some Windows OSs with Japanese display setting only. Thanks! Kazu
