How can I block akamai hosted sites

I keep getting people who are obsessed with click-bait sites, and it's getting near impossible to block them all.  

Many seem to come from Akamai hosted sites.  As an example, it seems the site www.thedailywheel.com is hosted at Akamai.

How can I block sites that go through layers of load balancing, web forwarding...etc.
