Fortinet DNS not working ? (208.91.112.53)

default Fortinet DNS (208.91.112.53 and 208.91.112.52) seeams to be out of service ?

OK by manually setting "google" as second DNS.

New FortiGuard DNS servers are added as primary and secondary servers starting 7.0.

The Primary DNS server is 96.45.45.45, and the Secondary DNS server is 96.45.46.46.
