Fortigate 80C revision 2 with 4.0MR2 - no logdisk and report

Anyone here have a Fortigate 80C revision 2 (rev 2 have 1 gb ram e 8 gb compact flash) to test for a downgrade? I have a customer unit that, with any patch level of 4.0MR2 (also latest Patch 13) don' t see the logdisk, and, of course, reporting and sql lite function!! with 4.0mr2 patch 13 : get hardware status : Model name: Fortigate-80C ASIC version: CP6 ASIC SRAM: 64M CPU: Celeron (Covington) RAM: 1009 MB Compact Flash: 7665 MB /dev/sda Hard disk: not available USB Flash: not available Network Card chipset: mvl_sw Ethernet driver1.0 (rev.) With 4.0MR3 no problem, disk appear : get hardware status Model name: Fortigate-80C ASIC version: CP6 ASIC SRAM: 64M CPU: Celeron (Covington) RAM: 1009 MB Compact Flash: 7665 MB /dev/sda Hard disk: 7636 MB /dev/sda USB Flash: not available Network Card chipset: mvl_sw Ethernet driver1.0 (rev.) Support say that unit is defective..... But for me is a bug with 4.0MR2 Patch13 that is not complied for support the revision 2 of 80C, but i need some confirmation from another users because, at the moment, don' t have another 80c rev2 on my hand (until next week). Thanks for any help and support Regards

I do have an 80C, but since Sandy hit, the site is down and I can' t help you as of yet. I' ll pipe back in if things change any time soon. It' s in Time Warner Cable' s hands now.

Can you try this instead: execute disk fomat 0 0 = Index of disk, (I think it should be 0) You should be able to check with: execute disk list

the " execute disk" commands don' t exist if run 4.0mr2, only if i run 4.0mr3 on it. For me is a bug with mr2, despite the support answer. Anyone here with a 80C Rev2 to try with 4.0MR2?
