A user on Mac updated to the Monterey OS and updated his forticlient to the latest version.
Before those updates he managed to connect to the VPN, but since the update he's unable to connect to the VPN (Network timeout).
We are using the free version of Forticlient.Tried to installed the latest, also tried version 18.104.22.1688 and 22.214.171.1245 without success.
We have several other mac with the M1 chip which are using the IPad version on their mac which works perfectly fine, but the other user can't install the Ipad version.
Do you have any recommandation ?

Often it is of help if you run the deinstaller and reinstall the software, this also ensures that the required "FortiTray" system extension is installed correctly.
You should also verify if the System Extension for the VPN is enabled as per the below doc:https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.0.2/macos-release-notes/223986/special-noticesYou may have to check the status of the extensions by issuing 'systemextentsionsctl list'.If the status is other than [activated enabled], please check System Preferences > Security & Privacy.

I use FortiClientVPNSetup_126.96.36.199_macosx.dmg and it works on M1.
