FortiSwitch 124E-POE won't boot

Hi All,

 

I would like to know if anyone had faced the same issue that I'm currently facing in FortiSwitch 124E-POE.

 

The below is the Putty log output:

FortiSwitch-124E-POE (10:42-10.04.2019) BIOS version : 04000009 Serial number: S124EP5919009

Could you share the complete outputs from the Console screen?

When exactly you started facing this issue?

 

If it was post upgrade, then the firmware is likely corrupted which might require a reset of Hardware and upgrading via boot sequence.

 

Take a paper-clip and press reset button on the fortiswitch for 10 secs.
