Another Issue - Upon importing firewalls without Redundant Interfaces, it imported the configuration successfully and i was able to see the policy package which was displaying FW-Policy in global mode. So i took login direct on FGT-FW and bingo - there also FW-POLICIES were in global mode. I was thinking when did we created firewall policy with port called ANY, but none was there. Lastly we checked the Diff of configuration file and saw that config system global was modified. default config system global shows as below mentioned. # set gui-policy-interface-pairs-view enable but upon connecting the FW for first time to fortimanager it sets the command to disable state. # set gui-policy-interface-pairs-view disable Thus after importing the configuration file, go to CLI and change the command back to set gui-policy-interface-pairs-view enable , which keeps the firewall policy gui display in pairs. it was difficult to check global FW Policy display with large number of FW policies.
