Delay of mails to gmail recipients

Hello,

 

Greetings!

 

I believe, this is pertaining to the Scheduled Reports being sent to Gmail User for which there is a delay.


If yes, then please raise a Customer Service Request and they will co-ordinate with our FortiCloud Team internally on this and get it fixed.

Hello

before open a ticket with TAC,  consider that you domain to claim for:

  • nercng.org is suspended at its registrar at this moment (*)
  • there's NO MX record to send email to. (**)

    So, its a useless claim for fortimail issues or gmail problems

    (*)   do a  WHOIS query for that domain nercng.org
    (**)

Thank you so much for your response. I have also noticed that the domain does not have SPF and MX RECORD.
