Cant access CLI consul from the Fortigate portal

Hi,

 

I have FG40F firmware 7.2.1 

I Cant access CLI consul from the Fortigate portal when i access the fortigate portal (the one at the top right)

Not sure why 

This is my 1st experience with firmware 7.0

Any tips

Hi @ABUELKHAIR 

 

if you access your FortiGate directly, via connected net, or console cable, then what do you see in FortiGate Cloud widget on Dashboard ?
Is your unit registered, or is it like mine ?

Do you see that unit in FortiGate Cloud connected OK or with trouble ?

Its already connected to the Fortigate cloud and i can access it from there with web but CLI not working at all it was working before!

Which browser are you using? Have you tried from a different browser?

Hi ABUELKHAIR,

I am aware of one bug that is actually fixed in 7.2.1 when you try to login from forticloud to fortigate so this might be relapse of the issue. Just to confirm the behavior, is it the flow of the problem this way: login to forticloud --> login to fortigate from forticloud --> open cli --> cli not working? If this is the case, please open a ticket with TAC, so we can report this issue for a possible relapse.

No only 7.2.1 other firmware same issue i can open CLI
