Hey Nick,
there isn't really any FortiManager API documentation outside of Fortinet Developer Network; the way it's structured makes it very difficult to write up a document for it.
There are some (unofficial) YouTube guides for FortiManager API of varying quality you can have a look at.
If you are looking for specific API calls, or just a generalized example, I should be able to get you something.
Regarding getting FNDN access, you can reach out to your local Sales representative and request to be sponsored.

I think, I need complex API documentation because I was build firewall management apps.
there are API documentation about CRUD Object (Policy, Service, Schedule, etc), Lookup Policy, Lookup Zone & Interface maybe help first.
I already communicated with partners and principals, but there is no result until now.
I don't know why searching fortinet api documentation so hard. even though my company has bought more than 20 fortinet products. maybe you have a some help for me to give me a access to fndn.
