Description	This article provides troubleshooting steps for Threat Analytics status: Disconnected.
Scope	FortiWeb.
Solution	Allow TCP port 9194 and TCP port 443  on the upstream firewall if Threat Analytics Status shows disconnected on FortiWeb.
