Description This article describes how to verify the FortiGuard database version of HA units.
Scope FortiWeb.
Solution

This article describes how to verify and compare the FortiWeb HA cluster units' FortiGuard database versions, which include FWDB (FortiWeb signature version), AVDB (Regular Antivirus, Extended Antivirus), and IRFW (IP Reputation).

This is helpful if the HA is out of sync due to a FortiGuard database version mismatch.

To verify, execute the following command:

execute ha dbver

For example:

get system status
International Version: FortiWeb-VM 7.4.5,build0661(GA.M),240905
Serial-Number: FVVM01TMXXXXX233
license type: remote
Bios version: 04000002
Log hard disk: Available
Hostname: FWEBA
Operation Mode: Reverse Proxy
FIPS-CC mode: disabled
System Uptime: [8 day(s) 0 hour(s) 19 min(s)]
Current HA mode: active-passive, primary
HA member:
Serial-Number Priority HA-Role
FVVM01TMXXXXX233 5 primary
FVVM01TMXXXXX237 6 secondary
Database Status: Available

execute ha dbver
