Getting Started

Once subscribed from a cloud marketplace, the process for onboarding your applications is the same from within the FortiWeb Cloud UI.

 

Using FortiWeb Cloud with DevOps Tools

FortiWeb Cloud supports DevOps tools including Terraform, Jekins, and Ansible to provide more ways to efficiently deploy, manage, and automate application security. You can use DevOps tools to automatically onboard or delete applications from FortiWeb Cloud. You can also change the IP list in IP Protection using Ansible.

Registering your Serial Number and Getting Support

Fortinet provides customer service and support for FortiWeb Cloud WAF-as-a-Service. To submit a support ticket, you need to first register your FortiWeb Cloud serial number on FortiCloud.

 

  1. Log in to FortiWeb Cloud and take note of the Serial Number at the bottom left corner.

  2. Go to https://support.fortinet.com, and follow the guidelines provided in the FortiCloud documentation section on Registering Assets to register serial numbers (assets).
