i'm trying to rewriting this site From https://Example.com/xyz/#/t yu

to https://test.qwe.com:447/ 

still not working

the problem has been resolved after changing the Request action to Redirect (301)

host : Example.com

url :   /xyz

location : the full URL https://test.qwe.com:447

This is expected ,when trying to redirect the the website to a different URL you need to mention redirect since no header modifications are required.
