How often does fortiweb update its firmware, and when it does would it cause disruption to a live Fortiweb Cloud operation that is protecting web servers. Typically explain how it works and if there would be down times

Please check for new firmware releases on the Fortinet Customer Service & Support website when the new Firmware will be released, is not a specific time.

Regarding disruptions during a firmware update, FortiWeb firmware updates are designed to minimize disruptions to live operations. During the update process, there might be a brief interruption in service as the appliance reboots to apply the new firmware.

It is recommended to schedule firmware updates during off-peak hours to minimize any potential impact on live operations.
