Description This article describes the solution to an error related to a third party license in FortiVoice.
Scope FortiVoice version 7.2.X.
Solution

When third party phones are configured and a license is loaded, the following error may appear when registering or de-registering any third party phones when the number is less than the party phones registered:

To solve it, there are two options:

  • Option 1: Increase the third-party license to match the third party phones configured.
  • Option 2: Delete the third party phones from configuration until the total matches the value of the license.
