Go to Extension -> Extension -> IP Extension.
Select the extension and go to Actions -> View Phone Configuration.
It is possible to see that the information of FortiVoice will be sent to FortiFone:
To make sure the configuration was applied, export the configuration from FortiFone and compare both configuration settings. |
