| Solution |
1) Get the trace logs by selecting 'Prepare'. After a couple of minutes select 'Refresh' and then get the trace log 'Download trace log...'.
2) Such file .log cannot be read:
3) It is possible to zip the file by only renaming it with the extension .zip.
4) Decompress the file and open it in Notepad.
