Technical Tip: How to integrate FortiVoice with AD to fetch extensions from LDAP Server

Description	This article describes how to integrate FortiVoice with AD to fetch extensions from LDAP Server.
Scope	FortiVoice.
Solution	Navigate under Phone System -> LDAP -> LDAP Profile. Select the '+ New' button and add the necessary information needed to bridge over to the LDAP server. Check the connection by selecting [Browser...] to verify whether FortiVoice is able to visit AD directories: Navigate under Phone System -> LDAP -> LDAP Connector and select the '+ New' button and select 'Extension Connector'.  Give a name to the LDAP connector and Assign the relevant LDAP Profile by selecting the LDAP Profile just created. Select the 'Action' drop-down button and select 'Sync - Full'. Select Import in order to fetch the AD entries from the LDAP server.
