Technical Tip: How to create Ring Group in FortiVoice

Description	This article describes how to create Ring Group in FortiVoice.
Scope	FortiVoice.
Solution	Navigate under Extension -> Group -> Ring Group. Select '+New' button. Fill up the: Name, Display name, Select Ring mode, Add in Members. Select 'ok' to save. Go under Call Routing -> Inbound -> DID Mapping. Add the newly created number under the DID mapping in order to allow incoming calls to be routed Call Routing -> Inbound -> Inbound. Select '+New'. Add the entry by specifying the incoming call from which Trunk. Input the Ring Group number under Caller ID Match with Call Handling action put to Dial Local Number. End result is shown as below as Caller 881234 manages to Ring 2 extensions signing in as 775050 and 775051.
