| Solution |
Create a new music-on-hold file for a specific user, as follows:
1) Go to Phone system -> Audio -> Prompt -> New -> Type = music on hold -> Upload the voice language file -> Create.
2) Go to Phone system -> Audio -> Music on hold tab -> New -> Select created prompt -> Play mode = sequential -> volume 100% -> Create.
3) Go to Phone system -> Profiles -> User Privileges -> New -> Confirm all settings same as the one currently applied -> Expand Music -> Music on hold = apply newly created music on hold file -> Create.
4) Go to Extension -> Extensions -> Edit User extension -> User privilege -> Apply newly created User privilege profile and select 'Okay' to save.
