Description This article describes how to configure Auto Attendant for FortiVoice with Inbound Matching DID.
Scope FortiVoice.
Solution
  1. Navigate to Call Feature -> Auto Attendant.
  2. Select the '+New' button to create.
  3. Give a meaningful name to the Auto Attendant.

  1. Configure/Create a new Greeting with the option of recording a welcoming voice and select 'OK'.

  1. Input the desired Ringing for <seconds>.
  2. Under the Dial Pad Key Action
  3. Create a new Action by specifying the Key, Action. In this example, Action: RingGroup.

  1. Select 'Create' and then Ok to create the Auto Attendant.
  2. Navigate to Call Routing -> Inbound -> Inbound.
  3. Select '+New'.
  4. Specify the From Trunk, Dialed Number Match, and Action Type: Endpoint Action.

  1. Under Call Handling, select '+New'.
  2. Fill up the action: Auto attendant and select the entry created under step 3.
