Description

This article describes that FortiVoice is enabled with a call center feature.

The user trying to use FortiFone Softclient mobile acting as an agent extension while login in/logging out through the call center console feature to simulate agent login.

Although the agent may appear to be online from the Fortifone Softclient mobile:

It is not possible to receive any incoming calls from the call queue.

Scope FortiVoice, FortiFone Softclient Mobile, FortiFone UC Desktop.
Solution Fortifone softclient mobile is not supported with a call center feature, only FortiFone UC Desktop is supported with an Agent feature.
