Description This article describes that certain extensions are not able to receive calls and to fix it.
Scope

FortiVoice.

Solution
  1. Navigate under System -> Network -> Traffic Capture.

  1. Under the Peers, select to relevant Extension (Caller and Callee) under the Select Entries tab.
  2. Start the Packet capture
  3. Make a test call to the problematic extension in this case it will be shown as Extension<6913>.
  4. After the test call, Stop the packet capture and click Download.
  5. Review the pcap file.

  1. If notice DNDTGL@ < IP.addr>  of the Extension, it indicates that the Extension was put under a Do Not Disturb service.
  2. Perform a dial *79 to remove this DND service for that particular extension.
