This article describes that the FortiToken Cloud hostname ftc.fortinet.com IP address has changed from 173.243.137.31 to 69.167.109.248.
In the FortiAuthenticator Dashboard -> Status -> License, FortiToken status will show 'Service unreachable' as below: |

Solution |
Perform a basic connectivity test by running a ping to ensure it can ping to a new IP address. Below shows that the connection to ftc.fortinet.com is unreachable.
The connection is successful, and check the dashboard again, it should display as below:
