Scope

FortiToken.

For Trial Tokens (2 Mobile Tokens included in all Fortigate by default):

Steps by steps:

  • At this point, the 'Import Free Trial Tokens' button will appear in the same FortiTokens page menu. Selecting this option will recover both the tokens and then follow the procedure to assign and use it.

Provision Timed Out status appears only if the User whom the Token was assigned, failed to activate the token within the stipulated time of activation code sent that expires. To fix it un-assign the token and re-assign and send the activation code again (this does not require following the above steps).

To add Trial Token:

CLI:

exec fortitoken-mobile import 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000
