'diag debug crashlog read' output shows the below crashes on FortiSwitch:
ismt_smbus 0000:00:13.0: completion wait timed out
The config pushes from FortiGate to FortiSwitct may fail and to check it, use the following command On FortiGate CLI:
execute switch-controller get-sync-status switch-id <FSW SN>" <---- It is possible to get the error 'REST API connection failed with error 7'.
The crash log is related to the fan, thermal sensor, SFP, QSFP, CPLD access on FortiSwitch.
Verify if supported SFPs are used. Unplug all the SFPs, and connect the SFPs one by one to check which SFP triggers the issue.
