This article describes debugging steps for a '500 Internal Server Error' displayed on the FortiSwitch GUI after upgrading it to FortiSwitch OS 7.4.7.

FS-108E, FS-108E-POE, FS-108E-FPOE, FS-124E, FS-124E-POE, FS-124E-FPOE, FS-148E, FS-148E-POE, FS-224E, FS-224E-POE, FS-248E-POE, and FS-248E-FPOE.
FortiSwitch OS 7.4.7.
Run the following debug commands in the FortiSwitch CLI:
diagnose debug application gui -1
diagnose debug application httpsd -1
diagnose debug cli 8
diagnose debug enable

diagnose debug cli 0
diagnose debug disable
