From above screenshot, notice that '1test@fortinet.com' is the master account with role set as admin and '2test@gmail.com' is the sub account that has role viewer.
Select 'Edit' for sub account. From drop down option, Roles: Admin, user and viewer will be visible.

When tried to set the role to Admin, following error will appear:

Login to Fortinet support (https://support.fortinet.com/Main.aspx) using master account credentials:

It will redirect to account info. Select 'Manage User' then select the Manage user profile (In this example 'test').

Notice that it is set to limit access. Select 'Edit'.

Select 'Full access' then select 'Save'.
Important note.
It is impossible to save until that a Fortinet unit is registered under sub account. In the above example, a FortiSwitch has been registered.

Now login to Forticloud and notice the role has changed to 'Admin' or change the role manually.
