Refer to the link below to configure the settings from FortiGate CLI: Configuring STP settings
To configure the same from FortiGate GUI, navigate to WiFi & Switch Controller -> FortiSwitch Ports, 'Right-click' on the columns, select the required columns and select 'Apply'.
Configure the required configurations by using the Ctrl or Shift key and selecting multiple ports.
