This article describes how to find and download the job report that matches the email session ID from FortiMail

Scope

FortiSandbox.

Solution

Log from FortiMail

In the FortiSandbox, navigate to Scan Job -> URL Job.
In the search filter, filter the URL log using 'Submitted Filename'.
Select the Option 'Contains' and fill in the FortiMail Session ID, same as the FortiMail log:'5627adIj029116-5627adIl029116'.
Select 'Apply'.

Download the FortiSandbox Job Report and attach it to the ticket.
