Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot if the Windows 10 license key is missing from the FortiSandbox.

Scope

FortiSandbox.

Solution
  1. The issue is that is it not possible to download the WIN10 VM in the FortiSandbox with the error 'No Key Available'.

  1. The FortiSandbox is registered with the valid Windows 10 license but it does not show up in FortiSandbox.

  1. Due to the Windows 10 license registered with the FortiSandbox being Windows 10 LTSC edition 2021, the FortiSandbox needs to be running on v4.4.X or above to use the Windows 10 LTSC edition 2021 licenses.
  2. After upgrading the FortiSandbox to v4.4.X or above, the Windows 10 license should appear.

Note:

  • The Windows 10 LTSC version Licenses appear in CLI like this:

KEY_WIN10 12345-12345-12345-12345-XXXXX 2021

  • In the past Windows 10 licenses were LTSB versions and appear in CLI like this:

KEY_WIN10 12345-12345-12345-12345-XXXXX
