Description	This article describes how to verify whether the registered Windows 10 license key is correct when the Windows 10 VM fails to activate.
Scope	FortiSandbox.
Solution	Issue: Impossible to activate the Windows 10 VM in the FortiSandbox. Tried to activate different types of Windows 10 VMs in the FortiSandbox, but still failed. From the CLI output of the 'diagnose-debug vminit', it shows 'No Key to activate the Win10', but the Win10 License is purchased and registered to the FortiSandbox. Solution: Check the Win10 license key on the Microsoft License Card whether it matches the registered Win10 license key in the FortiSandbox. Run the CLI 'vm-license -l' to check the registered Windows 10 license key in the FortiSandbox. The last 5 characters are masked. Open a support ticket to get the last 5 characters for verification. If the Windows 10 license key on the Microsoft License Card does not match the registered Windows 10 license key in the FortiSandbox, open a support ticket to get further assistance and share this with the TAC support.
