Description

This article describes how to download the FortiSandbox tracer and rating engines and upload them to the FortiSandbox.

Solution

Log in to the Fortinet Support portal: https://support.fortinet.com/
Go to Support -> Service Updates.

Select FortiSandbox.

Select the FortiOS version according to the FortiSandbox firmware version. For example, v4.4.0.

Download the 'Engine' file for the FortiSandbox model, such as FSAVM00.

Once the engine file is downloaded, access to the FortiSandbox Admin GUI.
Go to System -> FortiGuard.

Select 'Select File' beside the 'Upload Package File' select the engine file downloaded and select 'Submit'.
FortiSandbox will take a while to upload the FortiSandbox tracer and rating engine. Wait for a while and verify the result.
