Description This article explains how to troubleshoot the connector configuration issues in FortiSOAR.
Scope All supported versions of FortiSOAR.
Solution

After installing the FortiSOAR connector, configure the required details and save the settings. The most common problem that occurs with connectors is that a 'Health check' shows a 'not available' or 'down' status.

To fix this:

  1. Hover the mouse over the 'i' icon near the health check button to view the error.
  2. If the error does not give a clear indication of the cause of the problem, check the following logs for more details:

tail -f /var/log/cyops/cyops-integrations/connectors.log

  1. Test the connectivity with the host URL using curl to verify the connectivity through the FortiSOAR shell:

curl -v https://Ip_or_hostname

telnet host_url or Ip <port no>

  1. Refer to the configuration document and check all details and permissions have been entered correctly.
