Description

This article describes how to fix an issue where users are unable to log in to FortiSOAR in an airgapped environment due to a license sync issue.

 

Error in FortiSOAR:  

FSR-Auth-001 License is not registered with licensing server

 

Error logs in FortiManager:

Scope FortiSOAR with FortiManager in an Airgapped environment.
Solution

If the license on FortiManager has expired or recently been renewed, users must upload the latest entitlement file on FortiManager and restart the cyops-auth service on FortiSOAR.

 

1) Verify the license details on FortiManager with the following CLI command:

 

#diag fmupdate dbcontract

 

2) Request the entitlement file. See the following link:

3) Upload the entitlement file. See the following link:

4) Restart the cyops-auth service on FortiSOAR after uploading the latest entitlement file:

 

#systemctl restart cyops-auth
