| Solution |
Occasionally, the health check is not viewable after upgrading the connector to version 4.x. The connector shows as disconnected with the error 'Resolver object has no attribute resolve'.
Perform the steps below to fix the issue:
1) Disable the 'Auto Discover' option in the connector configuration page.
2) Remove the pycache of the connector from the following configuration folder:
/opt/cyops-integrations/integrations/connectors/exchange_4_1_0
3) Restart the uwsgi service:
# systemctl restart uwsgi
