Description	This article explains how to resolve the 'Invalid Credentials' issue when trying to create a FortiClient EMS connector in FortiSOAR, even after input the correct credentials.
Scope	FortiSOAR v7.4.3 and below.
Solution	When trying to create a FortiClient EMS connector in FortiSOAR 7.4.3 or below, even after input the correct credentials, it still shows 'Invalid Credentials': Solution: Perform FortiSOAR upgrade to version 7.4.4. After FortiSOAR is upgraded to v7.4.4, the EMS connector version will be 1.2.0-8744. Now, FortiClient EMS Connector can be created successfully.
