FortiSOAR offers great flexibility, and achieving customization is a breeze with just a few clicks. To create a personalized field, simply click on the "Add Field" link. Choose "Custom" from the Input Type drop-down menu. In our example, we've labeled the field as "Email To." Similarly, you can add another field and name it "CC" to address the specific use case you're targeting.
