Workers unable upload data to click house

Hi All

We faced an issue regarding the click house as the workers indicate critical status due phDataManager 
phDataManager pos 99.99938399999999% more than 15% behind of Writer

and after investigation we found that workers unable to upload data to click house database with the following error

phDataManager[2802763]: [PH_DATAMANAGER_CLICKHOUSE_HTTP_UPLOAD_ERROR]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_ERROR,[procName]=phDataManager,[fileName]=ClickHouseWriterService.cpp,[lineNumber]=780,[errReason]=Uploading events to ClickHouse failed. respCode:407
