Update the value of a global variable in a playbook

I created a global variable, how can I update its value in a playbook task? I need to evaluate a variable in a playbook that will then be read in a playbook that runs an hour later.

You can update a global variable by selecting its name and specifying the updated value in the "FSR: Create/Update Global Variables" action within the Utility Connector.
