Seamless Data Collection through Web Forms with FortiSOAR

Starting from FortiSOAR release 7.3.0 and later versions, individuals who do not have a FortiSOAR user account can submit input forms even from an entirely different network segment via the FortiSOAR Agent Communications Bridge support. Once the FortiSOAR Agent Communication Bridge connector is set up, when a FortiSOAR playbook with a manual input is triggered, it will send an email to specified users containing a link with the Agent's FQHN specified at the time of configuration.

Clicking on the link in the email will direct the user to the FortiSOAR agent, which will present the required manual input form. The user can then provide the necessary input through this form. After the user submits their input, the FortiSOAR agent will forward it to the main FortiSOAR instance, and the FortiSOAR instance will continue the playbook execution based on the received input from the user through the FortiSOAR agent.
