SOAR Upgrade Issue

Hi guys,

I have version 7.4.0, I want to upgrade to the latest version, I downloaded 7.4.3, but when I want to upgrade I get this image, what should I do?

Can you please post the output of this commands

rpm -qa | grep cyops

ls -altr /var/log/cyops/install/

rpm -qa | grep cyops

And the log file - 7.4.3-3294.log

When i ran the "rpm -qa | grep cyops | grep 7.4.3-3294.log" command, i didn't get any result.

Share the output of below commad separately 

rpm -qa | grep cyops

And please download the file  7.4.3-3294.log from location /var/log/cyops/install and share this file

Did you try to upgrade earlier as well?

There are some rpms of 7.4.3 and others are of 7.4.0.

Please share the log file on my email.
