Hi All,

In SMTP connector I tried to configure the connector but it gave me that error:

SMTP AUTH extension not supported by server.

What the problem could be?

Hello Muhammed,
Thank you for reaching out.
It seems the SMTP server you are trying to integrate does not support user authentication.
Can you please remove the user credentials from the connector configuration once and verify the SMTP connector health?
