Playbook collection import/export

Hi Everyone, 

I have exported palybook collections from 7.6.4 fortisoar version to 7.6.3 version and trying to import but its failed. i checked and it showed access denied issue even i have access to all playbook module.

Could you please share the exact error message screenshot along with the following details:

 - Export/Import performed directly from the playbook page or using the Export/Import wizard?

- Are there any Visibility settings applied to playbooks in the 7.6.4 version?

- Share the network logs by inspecting the element in the browser to check which API call is failing while trying to import.
- Check the /var/log/cyops/cyop-api/prod.log for detailed errors when the import fails.

i got the answer it was tags issue , i removed tags and its successful. Thank you for your help but still wondering why this issue

Thank you, @syed1998 for the update. Glad to know that the issue is resolved.

I would recommend opening a TAC ticket to find RCA for the same.
