Hello Team,
Basically, I have planned a fortisoar implementation with Rocky Linux 8.6 and Fortisoar Bin file but there is no docker step for this implementation in 7.3 documentation.
I have below doubt as well :
1) If I install fortisoar with rocky linux + bin , then can I run automation scripts without docker?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello Arrow,
You can follow below approach.
1. Install Rocky Linux 8.6 x86_64 minimal installation.
2. Configure RL with IP address, DNS settings or HTTP PROXY, for Internet reachability .
3. Download installer bin file into RL 8.6 and start installation . Refer - https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortisoar/7.3.0/deployment-guide/158469/deploying-fortisoar#insta...
4. Docker is NOT required here.
5. Automation scripts - I assume playbooks here. Yes, Playbooks can run without docker engine inside RL 8.6.
6. To run FortiSOAR in a Docker container - any Linux OS with supported Docker Engine , please refer to https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortisoar/7.3.0/deployment-guide/391103/deploying-fortisoar-on-a-...
Please refer to Deployment Guide.
Already checked.
Can you please help me with below point?
