I'm trying to enhance the Create Communication playbook to CC the assigned to of an alert. The assignedTo field displays the First and Last name of the SOC user using a lookup to the People module. I would like to get the Email address to the assignedTo user and set the CC to this. I tried using the Find Records to the People module to get this and assign to a variable with no luck:
User Id Equals {{vars.input.records[0].assignedToPerson}}
How do you do a "JOIN" to get other fields? People doesn't have a field that includes both First and Last name. Is that how this is stored in the Alert module? Any tips would be helpful.
