Issue resolving Incident

Hello Guys,

 

When we closed/resolved incidents we used to see 3 rich text fields required to close the incident, now when we change the status to resolved we the pop-up shows that more information is needed to close but none of the required text fields as shown in the screenshot. Appreciate assistance with problem.
