How to Upload a Playbook JSON File to a Community Post?
Hello Everyone,
I have some questions about a playbook I developed, but I'm having trouble uploading the playbook JSON file to the FortiSOAR community post. If anyone knows how to upload a playbook JSON file on FortiSOAR, please let me know.

Hi Ranjeet
To Upload a Playbook JSON File to a Community Post:
- Create the playbook with your desired steps.
- Navigate to the playbook's export option (refer to the screenshot for guidance).
- When prompted, select either "No, only Playbook" to export just the playbook, or "Yes, Include Versions" if you want to include version history.
- The playbook file will be downloaded to your machine in JSON format.
- In the community post, select the "browse" option and attach the downloaded playbook JSON file. ( as shown in screenshot )
This process will allow you to successfully upload your playbook to the community post.

Thanks for your suggestions! However, I don’t see the “Drag and Drop Here” option as you mentioned. I’ve attached a screenshot of my create post page for your reference.

You are right @ranjeet . It appears the system is allowing uploads only to specific people.
We will work with our community admins to determine why that is the case.
